Because of that, I have built my practice around long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions. A significant portion of my work focuses on VA lending. Entitlement strategy, funding fee structure, residual income analysis, assumptions, and IRRRLs all require experience and careful planning. My role is not simply to secure approval, but to structure the loan properly from the start.
